Penalties for Real Estate Advertisements on the Internet! (Real Estate Trading)
As of January 1, 2021, people who do not have the necessary authorization will not be able to publish real estate advertisements via the internet. While it can only publish ads that belong to itself (that it owns), it will not publish real estate ads that belong to someone else, even if it has an agreement.

In order to obtain an authorization certificate, the following documents must be collected. Articles 5 and 6 are for commercial enterprises and care should be taken to ensure that all documents are up to date. (Last 3 months)
